Eating too much junk food: When we eat too much especially junk food, we feel full with out getting the appropriate amount of calorie that our body needs. 4. Drinking less water: Drinking less water dehydrates the body. It affects the efficiency of brain and it takes long time for brain to response. Drinking less than 5 glasses of water in a day reduces the supply of water in body and the filaments contract and risk of getting different brain diseases increases. 5. Multi tasking: You might think that multi tasking improves the ability of brain but it is wrong. According to researchers multi tasking decreases the ability of brain in long term. 6. Smoking: When we smoke different chemicals reach the brain. This thickens the blood and blood flow also decreases in brain. This can result in different types of mental problems. 7. Tension: Tension or stress is also very harmful for brain.
