Multi tasking: You might think that multi tasking improves the ability of brain but it is wrong. According to researchers multi tasking decreases the ability of brain in long term. 6. Smoking: When we smoke different chemicals reach the brain. This thickens the blood brain1brain2and blood flow also decreases in brain. This can result in different types of mental problems. 7. Tension: Tension or stress is also very harmful for brain.
