KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress leader Gagan Thapa said he had not pulled out of the election for the party’s general secretary during the ongoing 13th national general convention of the party.Amid rumours that he withdrew the candidacy, Thapa organised a press meet at Bhrikutimandap, the general convention venue, this afternoon to clear the misleading reports.The youth leader said he was determined to compete for the powerful position representing all youth members of the party in order to transform it.“I want to change the format of politics in Nepali Congress… I want to transform the Nepali Congress party itself.
