Ranabhat stated that the country is suffered from a decade long political chaos and the 7.9 magnitude temblors have also added pain and suffering. This statute has brought hope and faith that the country will celebrate the progress. He added that the those who are thinking 20th September as black day are mistake for the leaders promulgating the constitution are confirmed that the brighter days will come a day.
