A healthy kidney plays a vital role in the purification the things that we eat. By not consuming the foods that have no protein, no salt, no phosphorous and foods that have potassium can make our kidney healthy and prevents it from diseases. Even these foods are very  good for the peoples who are suffering from the problems of kidney.
What to eat?
Cauliflower:    Cauliflower is the very good food for our kidney. It helps to maintain the balance of sugar in the body and also the heart problems.
Carrot :  Carrot is also very essential for kidney. Many studies have showed that lately many people are losing their kidneys due to the problem of hyper-tension and carrot helps to maintain the blood pressure for those peoples who are suffering from this problem.
Apple :     Apple is not good only for kidney but it also cures the early problems occurring in the kidney.
Onion : Onion is very good for those peoples who have the problem of kidney failure. In onion there is such a substance that prevents blood to be dense or to antifreeze. It also works as the hormone and also controls the problem of high blood pressure which helps to prevent the diseases of kidney and keeps it healthy.
Garlic :  Garlic has such a substance that throws away the air filled in the stomach and it also prevents the possibility of major problems of kidney.
Our kidneys are designed in such a way that after reaching the age of 30/40 the capacity of purifying of our kidney decreases. After reaching the age of 30, after every 10 years the purifying capacity of our kidneys decreases in the rate of 10%. if you give pressure to your kidneys from the small age then in your period of maturity you will suffer from the big problem of kidneys.
Preventive measures to the problems of kidney    
  1. Immediately cure the diseases of sugar, high blood pressure and heart problems.
  2. Less consumption of salt.
  3. Regularly drink excess amount of water.
  4. Don’t stop the urine.
  5. Eat balanced diet.
  6. Drink healthy drinks.
  7. Don’t smoke and drink alcohol.
  8. Don’t use medicines without the doctor’s prescriptions.
  9. In consumption of any medicine and ayurvedic medicines look about its side effects.
