People have their own habit of including different foods in their diet. Some people like to have dinner before sunset while some may like to have dinner at late night. And these kinds of habits on the other hand are also keeps on affecting the body. The food that we take at night also effect out sleeping habit.
It is not good to have heavy dinner at night. Through its negative effect you may not have sound and proper sleep at night. In ayurdeva too it is mention that we need to have out dinner 2 hours before we go to our bed. Sleeping immediately after having dinner can cause obesity. Moreover it also affect the digestive system. Here we have discussed about the 10 foods that is not considered good to have at dinner or before going to the bed.
Pasta– Pasta is that dish which can be prepared fast and easily. People due to its easiness to prepare prefer it more. But it contain excessive amount of carbohydrate which effect the digestive system of the body. During the rest time at night pasta which cannot be easily digestible should not be taken at night. It increases the acidity.
Spicy food– Taking spicy food at night is also considered bad. It increases the volume of the bile juice in the body. Black pepper and other spices related to it is well considered to be god for health. But then it is wise to avoid the highly spicy food at dinner time.
Sweets– Taking sweets at night time are not good for health. It affects the teeth and also increase the body weight. It does negative effect in the body.
Noodle– Noodles are that food which have high calorie in it. That is why taking noodles at night time are not meant good for the body as it can bring many problems related to the stomach.
Meat and fishes– Excessive amount of meat and fishes should not be taken at night time. It increases the level of protein in the body at once and brings the problem to the stomach during the time of taking rest.
Cauliflower and onions– Cauliflower or onions are the foods who have very high amount of fiber content. And in the night time highly fibrous food is not good for your body. It bring the stomach problems.
Paneer Burger– PAnner burger has excessive amount of fats. That is why it is not good to include in your dinner at night time. It6 is very hard for our body to digest paneer.
Chips– Chips like spicy and over fried food should not be taken at night time. As it contain monosodium glutamate, you am y not have proper sleep and brings other problems.
Chocolate– It is not good to have dark chocolate before going to bed. The dark chocolates contain caffeine and other substance which can be fatal to our health. It also increase the problem of heart and bring problems like insomnia.
Pizza– Pizza is also not good to take at night time. It is also hard to digest and should not be taken at your resting time. It can directly affect the digestive system of the body.
