The program is the 12th Mr. Hong Kong Nepal 2015 Body Building Competition and 1st Miss Hong Kong Nepal. The program was held in 22nd September 2015 and the venue is Ya Ma Tei, Community Hall. In that competition toward the male body building Bikash Thapa became success to win the top title whereas Bijay Ghitane Gurung became first runner-up. Likewise, Miss Hong Kong Nepals toward women in the physical fitness Silina Gurung won the first title whereas Sumira Gurung. The competition was projected by Hong Kong Nepal Body Building association. In the body building competition there were three different groups from Boys side and one group from the female size. After the competition and the determination of the winners and the co-winners the dance performance was presented. The dance titled is Jaalma and the song is from the movie Resham Filili.
