The top three political parties leaders have assembled at Khullamanch today noon to mark the celebration of the promulgation of the much awaited constitution 2072. A grand mass meet has arranged at Khullamanch in Capital today to celebrate the constitution that was crafted by the lawmakers. The triumph rally was marched from the various parts of Valley and has conversed into the assembly in Khullamanch. Home Minister and Deputy Prime Minister, Bam Dev Gautam, Prime Minister Sushiol Koirala, CPN UML K P Sharma Oli, UCPN Maoist Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal are scheduled to arrive at Khullamancha. Speaking to the mass, UCPN Maoist Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal remembered the two verses of the poem, "Nepali Hami" which reflects the patriotism and love for the nation. In the same, Chairman Dahal recalls the past pacts and stories of struggles and contributions. He asserted that the time has come to execute the constitution which is crafted by lawmakers with the rigorous toil of 7 years and 4 months.
