Exercise is a important thing of making body healthy. But doing more exercise is harmful to our body. If we feel that our body cannot do more exercise, we have to take rest. Doing more is like a mad one. Its is also helpful for our heart as well as our whole body parts which gives more advantages than that of disadvantages. For general, we have to separate the time about 150 minutes for simple type of exercise and about 75 minutes for hard type of exercise, according to “American Heart Association”. But doing more exercise continuously is also harmful for human heart. Doing more and hard exercise by heart patient is most d@ngerous.
While doing exercise, human being feels different types of pain in their body, is doing more and hard exercise which didn’t face by our body. The following are the most important terms that have to followed by the human being while doing exercise.
1. Consult to doctors
If you are a patient of Heart problem, high blood pressure, diabetics and taking smoke or having heart problem to any member of family, you have to consult with doctor before doing exercise at initial stage. If you are a player then you have to checked your heart daily, otherwise it is dangerous if you fall down while playing.
2. Fat people exercises
Doing exercise daily make a people thin for those who are fat. But more and heavy exercise is most dangerous to those type of people. For these type of people, doing light exercise, taking rest, drinking water for many times with little amount is more applicable to fat people because no one in this world loose their weight from 90 kilograms to 60 kilograms.
3. Paining into heart
While doing exercise, paining into heart occurs. If this situation occur, you have to know that exercise is enough for today because some people become victim of heart attack after doing high and huge exercise. While doing exercise, paining in heart for long time, vomiting, problems in taking breath and many others appear in your body is harm.
4. Problem in taking breath
If the time interval of taking breath is increase also called as shortness of breath, exercises is enough for you if not then you have to do more exercise for some time. But increase more in taking breath is also harmful to those who use smoking. If these type of situation happens, stop doing exercise and take rest for a while.
5. Feeling Dizzy
Before doing exercise you have to take some fruits like banana, grapes and egg. If you are doing exercise before taking some foods is harmful. It makes our body feeling dizzy and most people fall down while doing exercise. But if feeling dizzy also after taking food is a symptoms of high blood pressure, diabetes and mind problems.
