The man with no hands in the video is Hector Picard. He is a motivational speaker and is also the world’s 1st Iron man who has both of his arms amputated. He has competed in more than 75 triathlons.. Recently he crossed USA for a baby’s future prosthetic arms. In 36 days he accomplished his goal of cycling 3050 miles and he even raised over $20,000.. His actual goal was to raise over $33,000 and on 13th of July he reached Spokane, Washington. He also has been trying a unique way to reach his goal.

He has promised the parents of boy with no hands that he would teach him how to change a tire without hands. And in the honor he created the video which is going viral on the internet. In the video he can be seeing changing the tyres of a bicycle despite having no arms. It looks very tough and many people with arms are not able to do it properly. he used his mouth legs and even sits down at a point to change the tyre properly.

The title of the video is ‘Changing a Bicycle Tire Without Hands’ and it is a very positive video. The video is very inspiring not only for disable people but also for normal people. The video has already been viewed 18 thousand and 4 times.
