Bhadrapur, Nov 3: The Area Police Office, Kakadvitta, today arrested a local Punya Upreti on the charge of his involvement in black marketing of the Trishakti brand of cooking gas at Kakadvitta in Jhapa district. Upreti was arrested while he was selling a cylinder of cooking gas at Rs 6,000 to locals, said police.
